In honor of Valentine's Day I want to share some poems with you. The next few posts are original poems I wrote, with some of my photos in between the poems to keep it interesting. To start it off, here is a poem I wrote when my daughter was born. Can't think of anyone I love more than her, so what better way to start! After that are some love poems I have written. Won't say who they were written for, but I hope you enjoy the words and images...
"For My Daughter"
Celestial shine that
Illuminates all that is
Me,
You shine so bright
You make me glow!
Reminding me of who I was,
& should be,
Giving reason to a
Lost cause;
Fueling a
Burn to refine...
God's precious gift has
Given me
Purpose,
Strength,
& an unparalleled
Knowledge of what
Love is!
